Aquisition of Premier Coal by Yancoal Australia Completed

Employees at Premier Coal received notification today (30 December 2011) that Yancoal Australia has completed the acquisition of Premier Coal. The final transition to Yancoal was made possible after receiving all necessary regulatory approvals from the Australian and Chinese Goverments in mid-December.
