Premier Coal has a long history of providing apprenticeships for local youth. In addition, we provides tertiary students with vacation employment and work placement for local high school students.

The safety and health of our employees is vital to our business. Premier Coal provides an onsite medical centre as well as health programs and a free, confidential employee assistance program through an external service provider.
