Employees and their immediate family have access to a Company-provided Employee Assistance Program, which offers free, independent and confidential counselling to assist with personal issues that may have an impact on work.

Other initiatives include workplace first aid training, ergonomic risk assessment of work areas, and training in strain injury prevention.
